Kick ass Meatloaf

Ingredients: a 9 by 13 in pan, 2 lbs ground beef, 2 large white eggs, 4 slices of white bread, Meatloaf seasoning(less than 1 dollar at the grocery store), Gravy or Ketchup, Cooked Peas, Cooked sliced Carrots, Cooked diced celery.

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash your hands. Use Your hands to break apart and mash together the ground beef. While doing this action repeatedly, add in the two eggs. Break apart small bite size pieces of bread and add them in the same as the egg. Continue this with the seasoning and the cooked vegtables (1/4 cup each) You do not actually need to add water, I don't It tastes better and cooks evenly without. Place into the pan and flatten and spread till the pan is full of meat evenly. Place in oven and cook until the meat is thoroughly browned. Yum!! Top with Ketchup or warmed gravy ( any red jarred sauce works great too!)
