Kick ass Meatloaf

Ingredients: a 9 by 13 in pan, 2 lbs ground beef, 2 large white eggs, 4 slices of white bread, Meatloaf seasoning(less than 1 dollar at the grocery store), Gravy or Ketchup, Cooked Peas, Cooked sliced Carrots, Cooked diced celery.


Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash your hands. Use Your hands to break apart and mash together the ground beef. While doing this action repeatedly, add in the two eggs. Break apart small bite size pieces of bread and add them in the same as the egg. Continue this with the seasoning and the cooked vegtables (1/4 cup each) You do not actually need to add water, I don't It tastes better and cooks evenly without. Place into the pan and flatten and spread till the pan is full of meat evenly. Place in oven and cook until the meat is thoroughly browned. Yum!! Top with Ketchup or warmed gravy ( any red jarred sauce works great too!)

Easter

1. Popcicle Cookies!
ingredients: 2 boxes of funfetti cookie mix , 2 eggs, 1 cup of melted butter, 1 container of funfetti pink or white frosting with sprinkles, an oval cookie cutter, tinfoil, popcicle sticks

Directions. Follow directions on box of cookies to prepair. Then mold the dough into 1 inch by 1 inch balls and stick a popcicle 1/2 in into cookie dough ball place 6 per sheet and bake on 350 for 7 to 8 minutes. LET COOL! then spread frosting onto one side of each cookie and sprinkle. If you would like egg shaped cookies instead sprinkle flour onto table and roll out thick dough and cut with egg shaped cutter then place popcicle stick halfway up the shape and follow the rest of the directions

2.Candy Nest
ingredients: Big League Chew, Speckled gum eggs, Piping bag, Frosting

Directions: Place Frosting in Piping bag and set aside. Break Apart pieces of big league chew to 1 in or 1 1/2 in  sizes and let it stay fluffy. Group eggs into threes. Use piping frosting to stick the egs onto the big league nest. Let dry.

3. A twist on store bought cupcakes
Ingredients. Pick one: Marshmallow filling, cool whip, frosting, pudding; Piping bag; Long, slender, small holed piping tip.

Directions. cut tip of bag and place in the piping tip. Fill bag with one of the filling place tip down in middle of unfrosted cupcake. Gradually lift out while gently squeezing. Realease pressure before exiting the cupcake. This will give you a nice filled dessert

Reds : Red food die, redskin potatoes, tomatoes, twizzlers, sweedish fish, sauce, peppers, apples, red velvet cake, strawberries

Orange: Orange Slices, carrots, peppers, cheese, food coloring, meat tenderizer, tomato bisque, cantelope

Yellow: Bananas, banana peppers, lemons, golden cake, pineapple, cheese, mango, golden apples, food coloring

Green: Pickles, peppers, lime, kiwi, cucumber, lettuce, guacamole, food coloring, mint leaves, spinach pasta

Blue: Blueberries, Blue m&ms, blue corn chips, Blue Cheese, Blue Lobster, food coloring

Purple: Rasberries, Grapes, Lavender, Raddishes, Eggplant, food coloring

White: Egg white, bread, marshmallow, mashed potatoes, chicken

Black: Black Berries, Black Grapes, Licorice, food coloring

Brown: Beef, Dark meat, Veal, Chocolate, wheat pasta, brown rice, pumpernickel bread, brown sugar, coffee, tea
take something from each list to create a rainbow inspired meal or stick to one color group and use thoes items to create a meal, it will create fun in the kitchen

1 easy day... For a Toddler

1. Breakfast
Ingredients: Eggo Frozen Waffles (1), Del Monte Fruit Cup in water, Orange Juice, Water
Drink: 1/3 orange juice 2/3 Water less than 6 oz
Food: Cook eggo waffle til warm but not crunchy, break up into bite size pieces. Drain from fruit cup and break large pieces in half.

2. Snack time
Ingredients: Milk/Soy Milk (6-8oz), Cheerios, Goldfish, Red Potato Snacks
Drink: Just pour the milk
Food: Mix the A quarter of a cup worth of cheerios with a small amount of goldfish and 15 graduates potato snacks. Yay finger food!

3. Lunch
Ingredients: Water (4 oz), Turkey Hot dog, Macaroni with real cheese (ragu sauce is great), Broccoli
Drink: Room Temperature Water
Food: Boil Water and cook hotdog according to directions for boiling. Heat up the macaroni and cheese and mix in bite size pieces of hotdog. Let cool. Vegtable Steamers broccoli can be microwaved (leftovers refridgerated)  to add some veggies into the diet. Let cool and serve.

4. Snack
Ingredients: Gatorade, Water, Yogurt, Social tea Cookies
Drink: 1/3 gatorade, 2/3 water
Food: Vanilla yogurt, and 2 social tea cookies. 

5.Dinner
Ingredients: Tomato Sauce, Pinwheel Noodles, Cooked Carrots, 8oz Milk/Soy Milk
Drink: Milk
Food: Heat the sauce slightly in microwave and lightly top soft cooked pinwheel noodles. Mix in Diced cooked carrots. cool to an edible temperature

5 Easy Salads to Keep in the Fridge During the Week


(1) Zesty Egg Salad
Ingredients: 1 Dozen Eggs, Zesty Relish, Mayonnaise, Salt, Paprika
Directions: Hard Boil 1 dozen eggs. Let cool to a warm temperature. Shell the eggs. Take a knife in hand and slice the eggs medium-thin. Then Cut the egg in half holding the slices in place. Place in a bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon of zesty relish, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 dash of salt, and 2 dashes paprika. Mix together thoroughly. Add more mayonnaise until desired consistency is reached. Chill in fridge.

(2) Pasta Salad
Ingredients: Italian Dressing, Shredded Cheese, Pasta, Pepperoni Slices(optional)
Directions: Boil the pasta to preferred texture. Drain and run under COLD water until all pasta is cooled. Use Italian Dressing to coat and soak the pasta (Greek, Caesar, and Parmesan dressings work great too). Add cheese(shredded, or crumbled feta, cheddar, and mozzarella are great choices). Cut the pepperoni Slices into halves and add to bowl. Mix thoroughly and keep refrigerated!


(3) Fishy Salad
Ingredients: Macaroni noodles, Salmon(or Tuna) Canned, Mayonnaise, Salmon seasoning (99cents at some grocery stores)
Directions: Cook the macaroni noodles al dente. Drain then run cool water over until all noodles are chilled. Drain again. Open two cans of chosen fish and drain fluid. Mash up the fish then dump into bowl with noodles. Add 3 helpings of mayonnaise and mix all together. Then sprinkle seasoning over the top and mix in. Chill and serve.

(4) Fruit Salad
Ingredients: Can of pears, Grapes, 2 Sliced Apples, Sliced Strawberries
Directions: Pour contents of can of pears into a container, add separated grapes to the bowl. Peel, core, and slice two apples and add to the bowl. Slice the strawberries thin and place in bowl. Mix together. This goes great topped with nuts, or whipped cream. Keep in Fridge.

(5) Cucumber Salad
Ingredients: 2 cucumbers, 1 tomato, Ranch Dressing, Minced Garlic
Directions: Peel and slice 2 cucumbers and place in bowl. Dice 1 tomato and also add to bowl. Cover in ranch dressing and mix together. Add in 1 spoon of minced garlic, mix in thoroughly. Keep in Fridge.

5 quick toaster oven recipies

(1) Crumble Patty
Ingredients: Sausage Bits, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Jar of Gravy, Sliced Bread
Directions: (Per 1 slice) Take a knife and spread jarred gravy over a fresh slice of bread. Then sprinkle with bits of pre cooked sausage (available at most supermarkets- jimmy dean turkey works great!) After wards top with mozzarella cheese (use personal preference on amount.) If you place on the "toast" setting inside the toaster oven your 'crumble patty' should be done in 5 minutes. Make sure sausage is heated and cheese is melted before taking out to serve.

(2) Pizza Muffin
Ingredients: English Muffin, Jar of sauce, Slice or Shredded Cheese
Directions: Open the English Muffin and place it so that the cut side of bread is facing upwards. Take a spoon and use it to spread sauce over the upside of the bread. Place a Slice of cheese or a small amount of shredded cheese on top of sauce. Place in toaster oven on 425 degrees until cheese is melted. Cool a bit before serving.

(3) Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks
Ingredients: Pilsbury pre made bread-stick dough, Grated cheese, Shredded Cheese, Garlic Powder, Butter
Directions: Separate the bread stick dough (uncooked). Roll one stick at a time. While rolling each stick mix in shredded cheese. Keep the shape of the dough. After wards use small amount of butter to coat the top of roll. Sprinkle Grated cheese and Garlic Powder on top of the rolls. Cook according to the directions on the pre made dough's packaging.

(4) Chicken Provolone
Ingredients: Frozen Chicken Patty, Jar of Marinara Sauce, Sliced Provolone Cheese, Bread
Directions: Cook the Patty as Directed in the Toaster oven, Coat with Marinara Sauce and Top with a slice of provolone cheese. Place back in oven until cheese is melted. Put patty between 2 slices of bread or in a sandwich roll.

(5) Cinnamon Apple Toast
Ingredients: Sliced apple, Cinnamon Powder, Butter, Sliced Bread, Granulated sugar
Directions: Place bread in toaster oven and lightly toast on the toast setting. Take toast out and quickly spread a thin layer of butter over the toast. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon powder Blend. Dice the apples and place ontop (you can repeat the sprinkling of the blend). Place back in toaster until butter is melted and apples are heated.
